I bought all three kinds of namaste diffusers — the starlight ones for home and car, the industrial models, and the rechargeable wifi/bluetooth version. The starlight diffusers look nice but all have the same issue: the buttons are hard to see at night and difficult to push, which makes using them in the dark frustrating. The industrial ones mostly work fine; i have two, but one arrived with a mist problem and the other was missing the key to open the oil bottle compartment. The rechargeable smart diffusers have been the worst — i got three and they’ve had issues since day one, which still aren’t fixed. The only good thing is the after-sales support team — they really try to help and are responsive. But dealing with constant problems, opening and closing brand-new products, and needing replacements all the time is too much hassle. Overall, i love the idea and design but the quality needs improvement. Not worth the effort right now.
This is the 3rd one I've bought, very good, highly recommend.
